- Inspect the hull, seals, battery, propeller, and controller before use;

- Keep hands, hair, and loose items away from moving propellers;

- Use only compatible batteries and chargers; and

- Follow local rules concerning radio-controlled products, waterways, batteries, and environmental protection.

Product speed, runtime, range, and battery performance are estimates measured under selected conditions. Actual results vary with water, wind, temperature, battery condition, load, maintenance, and user technique.

We try to present accurate descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and availability. Display colors and product appearance may vary. We may correct errors, update information, modify products, or cancel an order affected by inaccurate information, subject to applicable law.

## Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing mistakes, restricted destinations, or inability to verify information.
